About my services
I offer therapeutic massage, holistic coaching, and Yoga Nidra. These are distinct services with different purposes and boundaries. Psychotherapy is provided exclusively through Ripple & Root Therapy and is separate from my independent massage and coaching practice. All psychotherapy scheduling, intake, insurance verification, billing, and policies are handled by Ripple & Root Therapy, and these terms do not apply to those services.

Not medical or mental health advice
Information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not individualized medical or mental health advice. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, and coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. Please talk with your healthcare provider about any medical concerns, and let me know about relevant health conditions before a massage session so I can tailor your care safely.

Emergencies

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Prices are listed at booking and may change without notice, but the price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Gift certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in person or online and expire one year after purchase date. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced.

Offers and referrals
New clients receive $25 off their first session, applied at checkout. Referral credits ($20) are earned when a new client books a massage and mentions your name, and they are applied to your next session. Offers cannot be combined unless I say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Yoga Nidra and other content
Recordings, writing, images, and other content on this site are my property or used with permission. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, resell, or share them without my written permission.

Using the website
Please use this site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t attempt to interfere with its operation, misuse its forms, or access it in ways it wasn’t intended for.

Third-party links and services
This site links to services I don’t control, including my booking platform, payment processor, and Ripple & Root Therapy. I’m not responsible for their content, availability, or policies, so please review their terms and privacy practices.
