24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Appointments

I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so that I have the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Cancellations:

Late Cancels or no shows are responsible a $99 late cancel fee. Appointment reminders are sent out via email 48, and 24 hours before your session. Please plug me into your personal calendar after we schedule your session to avoid a missed session. 

A little flexibility goes a long way! If our schedules allow us to reschedule your appointment within seven days of the original appointment date, I will gladly waive the late cancellation fee.

Thank you for respecting my time, my livelihood, and the other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your understanding and consideration are truly appreciated! 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect the appointments scheduled after yours. But I always build in 30  minutes of time after each appointment which allows us some wiggle room. The full session fee may still apply.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available for purchase in person and online and expire one year after purchase date.

Scope of Services

Massage therapy, holistic coaching, Yoga Nidra, and psychotherapy are distinct services with different professional purposes and boundaries.

Massage therapy and coaching services offered through this website are separate from psychotherapy services provided through Ripple & Root Therapy.
